SchuffleChat is an online video chat engine, which allows users to connect to a random person online, filtering users by several filters, such as gender, age, etc. The website does not have a registration system, making the encounters completely random and impossible to track, and having complete strangers suddenly meet face-to-face in an online enviroment. The website is currently in development, and I'm planning to add the link as soon as it starts, which will hopefully be in about a week or so.
